FAQ

Q?

How can I book a wedding?

A.

You are excited about our possibilities and can't wait to book your unforgetable wedding?

Here is what you can do:

  1. Contact us! And tell us what your expectations are. What location, what wedding date, packages and services are you interested in?  You can either contact us via the "request a quote" form or just write us an email with all your details. The more you tell us, the better we can respond to your wishes.
  2. We will send you an estimate, that you have an idea, what the costs of your dream wedding will be.
  3. If you are happy with the estimate and agreed with it, we will send you a service contract.
  4. As soon as you have signed the service contract, you will have to make a deposit. After that, the date will be reserved for you.
  5. We are happy to arrange everything for your dreamwedding on your desired date and location, and you can be looking forward for your wedding in the Wild West.

Q?

How early in advance should I book my wedding?

A.

As early as possible!

This depends on the location.

e.g. The Grand Canyon should be booked as early as possible, there is only one wedding a day on a viewpoint allowed. The National Park Service needs at least four weeks for the process of the permit. The desired viewpoint can be booked up to one year in advance.

  • Social security number, if you have one
